7. Limitation of Liability

Terra Data Integra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
